Macushla Dance Club for the over 50s invited three radically different choreographers to create new works for a company of professional and older dancers. The choreographers’ works share a commitment to the person behind the dance, responding to the challenge of opening up their creative process to the talents, passions and experiences of older people.

Sweet Spot – A film about being in your element, the challenges of getting there, the joy of being there and the pleasure in sharing it with others.
